Iris Zimmermann is an ICF certified leadership and performance coach and has been a striver and elite performer her whole life. She leverages a wealth of experience from her impressive career as a business owner, Hall of Fame Fencing Champion, Olympian, and Mother of two to coach others towards finding personal and professional success. Her roster of clients include leaders from sales, healthcare, to startups and small business owners - all trying to find their own growth while simultaneously growing their businesses and teams.

In her post-fencing career, she owned and operated the Rochester Fencing Club with her fellow Olympian and sister. In that time, the pair created a welcoming community space while doubling the size and membership - which earned her the 40 Under 40 Rochester Business Journal award. Iris has also leveraged her operational and business expertise within a coaching start up and worked her way to the role of VP of Coaching, managing the team of globally distributed coaches.

Iris lives in Rochester, NY with her family and is dedicated to working with and impacting clients while being present to raise her two daughters to become badasses.

Whitney has worked with teams and individuals for more than 20 years. She has supported Olympic athletes, C-suite leaders, entrepreneurs, and physicians with leadership development, personal transformation, and high performance. Her past clients include leaders from MIT Sloan, LinkedIn, Salesforce, Hubspot, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Capital One, and Deloitte.

She holds a BA from Brown University, a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Lesley University, and a Professional Coaching Certification from The Coaches Training Institute. She currently serves as a Master coach and consultant at Valor Performance, Performance Coach for R3 Continuum, and Core Guide for Chief.

Whitney is intuitive, warm, encouraging AND she likes to get right to the heart of the matter.  Clients are offered evidence-based practices creatively tailored to their unique needs and circumstances.  She loves helping her clients see with great clarity, unlearn something that isn’t serving them, practice new skills, make empowering commitments, and laugh.

Whitney lives in Cambridge, MA with her husband, a psychology professor, two children, and a lizard.
